As a Medical Technology Industrial Design Intern at Cambridge Consultants, I had the opportunity to immerse myself in a dynamic environment where cutting-edge innovation met thoughtful design. My primary role focused on supporting the development of medical devices—translating complex engineering concepts into user-centered design solutions. But beyond the core industrial design work, I also contributed creatively in a more visual storytelling capacity.

From time to time, I was asked to create illustrations to accompany speaker presentations, particularly for internal and external events like the Hamlyn Symposium. These illustrations served as editorial visuals that helped distill technical content into engaging, accessible narratives. Working closely with the marketing and communications teams, I learned how to tailor imagery to suit different audiences, maintain brand consistency, and visually amplify key messages.
