ACLED 20th Anniversary Branding

In 2025, ACLED celebrated two decades of work since it’s conception. To commemorate this achievement, a new 20th anniversary logo/emblem was devised to be used on ACLED products and social media outputs. This was a small part to the wider public relations strategy campaign to bolster ACLED’s standing among the public as the most reliable and widely used data monitor in the world for conflict. The logotype was created in conjunction with the new website launch campaign (which occured on 30 July 2025). It was the intention for the external affairs team that it would be a used in conjunction with the corporate identity already established on the website. As such, the logo needed to be suitably designed to be paired with the main logo on the website and to be suitable for  future ACLED products/outputs.
